Exceptional experience with an amazing staff! Poh has been so very patient while working with us over the past 6-8 months. Instead of getting frustrated with the ‘not ready yet’ feedback she patie Poh has been so very patient while working with us over the past 6-8 months. Instead of getting frustrated with the ‘not ready yet’ feedback she patiently complied with a request to continue calling to check in. I believe anyone else would have stopped calling. She made the actual sales process easy and saved time by having the documents signed while we chatted. (By the way...excellent sales tool because it makes you feel like you already bought th car much earlier in the process so you get past that shock and defense that the customer generally feels). Hats off to Poh and the entire team!!! More
