It quickly became clear that in order to get the car I wanted, some travel on my part would be absolutely necessary. After talking with several dealerships located in different states about listings, I can say for certain that the customer experience dealing with each staff is unique and not always a good one. What I liked the most about purchasing from Principle was the level of time and care my sales associate Kelly put forward to coordinate the entire sales process. Her level of effort, consistency and professionalism won me over to not only make the out of state drive and stay in order to test drive the car, but ultimately make the purchase. Unlike some other dealerships, they could have played the "hot hand" and sold the car to some one who could get their before I could make the trip. Holding the car for a week and ensuring a test drive was a nice touch. Everyone at the dealership who I met was very friendly and easy to work with. As it turned out, the vehicle I purchased had a fairly significant and costly engine issue not reported in the dealership inspection report provided. While buying a used car is a risk and there are after market warranties out there that ought to cover these things, what I am really grateful for and will recommend Principal Toyota to others on, is that they didn't stick me with the repair bill. Principal fixed the problem 100%. What more can you ask for in a car buying experience? More

Kelly was thoughtful, very knowledgeable and showed concern through the entire process. Kayla Bunch helped me with the finance process, and although new to that position, has been with the company for a while and was very professional and friendly. Coming to Principle Toyota was night and day from the giant, mega ‘max’ used car lot where I spent the majority of my previous day. It really proves that this company takes the time to educate and support their staff. The facility itself was clean, offered beverages, and the team all worked efficiently together.
