I can't recommend this service experience because of the ongoing issues with how they diagnose things, their communication, how they handle repairs, and just their overall professionalism. We talked abou ongoing issues with how they diagnose things, their communication, how they handle repairs, and just their overall professionalism. We talked about a bunch of electrical problems throughout the whole thing, like grounding issues, lights not working, HVAC controls, switches, and module stuff. Even though they told me the car was totally fixed, problems were still there afterward. I kept telling them I was worried about them doing diagnostics piece by piece and stacking up repair charges without figuring out the real problem first. Unfortunately, it just got more and more confusing, expensive, and frustrating. The biggest problem was that what they told me verbally, what was in the repair records, and how the car actually was after I picked it up didn't match up. Sometimes, I felt like they were talking down to me and misleading me the whole time. As someone who's been a customer for a long time, I expected way better communication, transparency, and to feel confident that the car was actually fixed right before I got it back. More
