Exceptional used car salesman Nate Behrens of Priority Chev I wanted to take the time to say that good men are hard to find but honest used car salesmen are even more rare. This exceptional young man sold us a I wanted to take the time to say that good men are hard to find but honest used car salesmen are even more rare. This exceptional young man sold us a car over a year ago, only because my b.s. detector never went off and he was upfront with us from get go. Simple, no glamor, no hype, just facts. So, just recently, the car was having some problems. After his shop checked it out I was uneasy with the diagnosis, mostly because of past underhanded tactics pulled with other dealerships, and I called to see if I could get his opinion because of the straight up way he presented himself before. Nate Behrens not only remembered me, my family and the car, he personally went back to service and reviewed all that was done. Afterwards he called me, explained what they had done, so I went to Priority and he made sure he came back to service to talk to me. He also got the service shop manager to explain the problem more indepth and told me they could work on it but the Nissan dealer would be better equipped to handle the problem, thus saving me money AND time the car spent in the shop. He totally restored my faith in the service department by taking the time to find the answers to my questions. Not only that, Nate called around to find us a loaner car but being the Friday before spring break, he couldn't. It took me forever to find one too. Even a few days after the car left his shop and went to Banister Nissan, he texted to find out what was going on with the car and asked that I please text when I got it back OR if I had any problems with the Nissan dealership. In the time Nate spent walking me through this whole process, he could have most likely talked to at least 4-8 potential buyers on his car lot but instead, he chose to help us. They say word of mouth is the best advertisement, I will post this anywhere I can because he is deserving of such. I am not easily impressed by many, the years have made me leary of anyone in sales or service but I can tell you Nate Behrens will be our whole family go-to-guy for car purchases. You will not find a more respectable, honest, genuine salesman as him. Also, the bumper to bumper warranty he tells you about, it's worth it, get it. It saved me ALOT of money. I also appreciate the time the shop manager and some of the service team took with me also. Frank at Banister Nissan did a great job keeping me informed and went to bat for me with the insurance company concerning used vs new parts. Nate, if you read this, we'll be seeing you in a year and a half when my son turns 16. More

Easy sale when you know what you want! I went in knowing what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. The dealership and particularly my sales representative James McPhearson sat down and said I went in knowing what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Well to say that I was surprised is a under statement, they came back with a price well below what I was expecting to spend. I’ll never go any where else for a vehicle. Strongly recommended! James is a great salesman & everyone I came into contact with at the dealership was great. They worked a miracle today. I will recommend them to everyone I know looking for a car. This is the best car buying experience I have had & the first time I have ever driven off a lot with a BRAND NEW CAR!!! More
AWFUL Very disappointed, and word of mouth will go a long way. They said we needed to put the money down in order for anything to go through. I just spoke with a "manager" and he said he will get to it when he can. NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE! They are nothing but a bunch of greedy xxxx bags. More
