Wasn't sure of interior color nor difference in emblems car would come with. lost contact with salesman in dec. went to Mickey sales manager he never responded (3x) trying until I emailed general manager. general manager never personally responded to us. Mickey said salesman left and we now had a different one. communications were very difficult. car showed up damaged. they had 2 weeks to get new parts. car had grease all over inside leather door and carpet grease foot print. asked salesman to ask general manager for meeting. no response from Bill again. came to deliver car. car never got detailed by Larry. still had great on carpet and tape marks etc. was dirty. emailed Bill again to ask for a meeting. nothing ever happened. they got the money and communications got even worse ie none. Sales was horrible and very rude, however Jim with PDI did excellent fixing car and answering questions. Parts Michael Mayne was also excellent. in service Raymond has been great with us in the past. Still not sure why they treated u this way??? v/r James More

He made everything happen. A van with all my needs and even got the price to be right. The whole experience was great, best I’ve ever dealt with. Their bumper to bumper lifetime warranty is so affordable! It takes the stress of a vehicle off your shoulders. A+++++!!!!! More

bad and unorganize service 0800 am oil change , wrote on ticket will need back by 11:00 was told no problem Susan wrote me up . Call at 11:30 and Greg now has my ticket and said 0800 am oil change , wrote on ticket will need back by 11:00 was told no problem Susan wrote me up . Call at 11:30 and Greg now has my ticket and said it would be another 2 hours before truck was done. call management Karen spoke with her and nothing change. pick it up at 2:30 Sticker said next oil change 65k truck only has 35k on it. Top off fluids never touch nothing but oil. lube all doors with white grease on a brown truck when ask not to do that again wrote on ticket, grease on seat and floor mats . my time cleaning it when they would not. More

Oil change appointment Made an appointment for my first oil change for 8am. Got here at 745. They came out at 1130 to tell me they have done nothing with the truck and made up a bunch of excuses. Still sitting here and it's after 1200. Finally received truck back around 1230 but they never did do the recall. Mr. Backus tried his best to make things right and admitted they had made a mistake. Looking to give them one more shot. I hope this was a one time thing because years ago I though their service was best in town. More to follow. More
