We did not cost you another $10,000! The $10,000 was the difference in "YOUR" payoff which you signed off on that was correct. Once the accounting dept went to make the payoff they found out it was 10k then what you signed off on. We immediately called you with the error and gave you every option on how you wanted to resolve the issue including canceling the whole deal. There is nothing left to discuss. I tried to make my thoughts and displeasure known to everyone I talked to. John, Anthony, and even the General Manager I spoke with. Your business actions, team members, and overall demeanor are horrendous. I'm aware I'm only one customer out of thousands. If my review stops even one person from doing business with your company, I'll be as elated as ever.
