Took my vehicle in for service, after a week of it being there I was given an estimate for $3447. I then contacted my brother in law that is a service manager in the Chicago area for advice and he told me t there I was given an estimate for $3447. I then contacted my brother in law that is a service manager in the Chicago area for advice and he told me that there was “special coverage” to replace the cam cover at no cost from Chevrolet for the issue I was having. NEVER was this even brought to my attention from Priority Chevrolet but that they wanted to charge me over $3000 for repairs to fix my vehicle. My brother in law contacted Robert the service manager only to be told that he’d look into it and call him back. ANOTHER week goes by with no contact from the dealer to myself or my brother in law. I tried to call several times today as did my brother in law and left several messages with no one to contact me back but they did send me a text that my car was ready only to get there and be told that they wouldn’t even work on my car because we were “belligerent “ to them. Sorry I don’t think looking for an update on my car after 2 weeks of no answers is being “belligerent “ nor being told that my car had extended warranty on the repairs and wanting to charge me is being “belligerent “. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone, especially after they tried to take advantage of a single female that is from out of state. More

· Today I ended up at the Chevy dealer (Priority Chevrolet) to possibly purchase a new truck. Over the past 20 years, i have purchased 5 new vehicles from this dealership and the dealership is one Chevrolet) to possibly purchase a new truck. Over the past 20 years, i have purchased 5 new vehicles from this dealership and the dealership is one of the largest in America and probably the largest in Virginia. With that being said, no discount off the new truck, a 5,000 dollar additional charge for what I would call the Biden non-allowance, and 6-8 thousand less on my trade than what even the Kelly Blue book value was to a dealership. Needless to say, I had a few words with the salesman and assured him I would find a new Dealership for my needs. I intend to return to my home town for the next purchase of my truck More
My wife brought in one of our 3 Chevrolet vehicles for the 45000 maintenance, the service department told her she needed the crankcase serviced, she thought this was required and not just a dealer add on the 45000 maintenance, the service department told her she needed the crankcase serviced, she thought this was required and not just a dealer add on recommendation! They charged her $69.95 plus tax for this unnecessary service. I filed a complaint and Priority said they would like to make this right but never reached out to “make it right” after I provided my contact info! I have purchased 6 new vehicles from this dealership but won’t buy my next ZL1 from them next year! More
Every time I try to schedule service with this dealership there is some sort of problem - either they can't find my appointment because I scheduled it in the app or "let me put you on hold" (news flash, no o there is some sort of problem - either they can't find my appointment because I scheduled it in the app or "let me put you on hold" (news flash, no on ever comes back to the phone). I dropped my car off at 11 am yesterday for a routine recall that I'd scheduled a week prior and was expected to take 3-4 hours, they ended up keeping my car overnight even though I told them I'd need it back by the end of the day. I was told that my car should be ready before 8 am, it is now 12 pm and I cannot get onto any one in the service department to give me a status on my car - I am either put on hold, no one answers, or I'm told that no one is available to take the call in the service department. This service department is by far the worst I've been to. More
Just like all others, I scheduled an oil change and waited over two hours. They had a person coming around checking on status who told me that department was on top of it so it wouldn’t be too much lon waited over two hours. Don't believe the hype of "free oil changes and state inspections" sure, they are free, but plan on sitting there for HOURS. Just called to schedule an appointment for my oil change and inspection, beca inspections" sure, they are free, but plan on sitting there for HOURS. Just called to schedule an appointment for my oil change and inspection, because it's my first state inspection, I can't set an appointment. Just show up at 7:30 and wait. And for my past experience of being able to schedule an oil change, it really doesn't matter, I still end up there for at least two hours. I feel certain this leads to most of their customers not bothering to go there for service. Which I won't. If a scheduled oil change takes two hours, I can't imagine what a state inspection is going to add to that time. More
