Pleasant day at Priority Chevrolet I went to the dealership yesterday from a letter I got in the mail from my credit card company. I had been thinking about upgrading and giving my car I went to the dealership yesterday from a letter I got in the mail from my credit card company. I had been thinking about upgrading and giving my car to my daughter so that I do not have to take her back and forth to work anymore recently, so I stopped in. I worked with Antoine Pope. He was amazing. I cant believe how smooth the sale went from the salesperson to the finance department and the whole 9! I would highly reccomend him and Priority Chevrolet for your car buying needs! More

No respect or response Over the years I have bought 3 new trucks from Priority Chevrolet. This is the first used one. I paid more for this truck than most of there new cars! The salesman said it was going to be deep cleaned before I picked it up. Well it wasn't which wasn't that big of deal. When I hopped in there was less than a 1/4 tank of gas. He said they don't fill used vehicles up. That's ok too but I asked about a second set of keys. The salesman said he would check on them. I texted him the next day and he forgot, ok so the next day I texted him again and nothing. Yesterday I chatted on line and they said a manager was going to call me. To say the least no response so I went online again and they said the manager would call me. Well still waiting. It seems if you don't buy a new car ( no the cost) your not worth their time after the deal is done. More

HORRIBLE Sales team I was in class when receiving a call from my fiance about how the sales person was refusing "no" as an answer. She felt so threatened and forced to s I was in class when receiving a call from my fiance about how the sales person was refusing "no" as an answer. She felt so threatened and forced to sit there that she needed an excuse just to leave because of the sales person being aggressive. Stating "what does a couple dollars difference make since I know you just got a raise to cover the difference". I had the general manager call myself, and he didn't seem too bothered by the tactics used, and stated that the guy probably had a bad day. I understand people have bad days, but in the end when I said we'd wait to purchase a car he didn't have any remorse at the situation. Overall I'd suggest going anywhere else besides this priority chevy. More

HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE After having my car 7 days for a one day repair. When my car was finally done I went to pick it up. The porter went to get my car and after a 10 minut After having my car 7 days for a one day repair. When my car was finally done I went to pick it up. The porter went to get my car and after a 10 minute wait he walked in and was whispering into the advisors ear......they then told me the porter broke my shifter handle. (my car was there for a top repair and a transmission flush. They brought me the part they broke. and then told me I had to pay them to fix it.. after days of going back and forth with them I picked up a now broken car. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD THESE GUYS THINK THEY CAN DO ANYTHING TO A CONSUMER AND GET AWAY WITH IT More

Hope you have time to wait Waited 4.5 hours for routine state inspection. Just needed new windshield wipers. Waited 3.5 hours for oil change. No car wash. Highly Professional and Efficient Dealership 5 Stars! Met with James McPhearson who made the best of the situation when the initial vehicle I was interested in was no longer available.
