I suffer from anxiety and car shopping doesn't help . I take that back, not anymore!!!I have never felt so conferrable shopping for a car in my life! The GM I believe his name was Mike F ( paper work at home ) over heard me explain my situation and past experiences that I had with Auto Fair Ford. I was a 4 truck purchaser in 4 years with them for my landscaping company and never got good experiences. Mike walked me into his desk and got me a bag of popcorn and a cold water and told me was only going to help me. He stuck with his words. He asked me a few easy questions and within 10 minutes ( not hours at other dealerships or even days ) he gave me the full monthly payment after my trade. I was blown out of the water with the customer service. He told me he may not be making a big sale that day but he made a guest happy at his dealership. His car salesman was the most accommodating guy . He sat in the Dodge Ram with me and showed me all of the cool stuff that came with my truck. I never would have known all the extras this truck has but because they cared so much now I am aware of my extras and feel like what I am paying for is all worth it. I am going to tell all of my friends and family about this place I hope they do well as I am a lifetime customer. More
