Exceptional Customer Service and Product! My experience at Priority couldn't have been any better. Purchasing a brand new vehicle was new to me and I was nervous about the process. However, My experience at Priority couldn't have been any better. Purchasing a brand new vehicle was new to me and I was nervous about the process. However, right from the beginning, the sales and finance teams were all so helpful and put me at ease. Within a half hour of filling out the online finance application on their website, I received a call from Tayler to follow up on my application. She was very polite and a pleasure to work with. I was trading in my used Jeep and this was such a smooth process as well. Priority gave me a great value for the car, far more than I had expected. Eric was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle that I picked out and took the time to explain and demonstrate the different features to me. When I went to pick up the car, Jimmy and Michael had everything ready for me to sign and were happy to explain what everything meant and answer all of my questions. I got a great price on my new vehicle and I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had an overall 5 star experience at this dealership and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Priority! More

He asked what I was looking for and what I wanted and showed me exactly that. When I got overwhelmed (as I usually do when buying a car) we talked it out and worked out a different plan. I would definitely recommend coming here and seeing Rob! More

Very personalized atmosphere and a lot of all around good people to deal with. I dealt with several individuals there such as rob martin, keith, Christina in the service dept and everyone of them always has a smile on their face and ready to help you. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market or just shopping for a vehicle. More

Slimy Thieves! Totally Unprofessional! I came in on their busiest day (Saturday)- walked in to a "boys club" meeting in the back of the showroom - guys standing around smoking e-cigs. I nee I came in on their busiest day (Saturday)- walked in to a "boys club" meeting in the back of the showroom - guys standing around smoking e-cigs. I needed service and parts replaced. These people tried to charge me $125.00 more for the same work anyone else charges. They strong arm you in with a bogus $80.00 diagnostic fee, waived only if you get the work done there (other shops do this for free), $55.00 for a shock reset (also free at other shops), $50.00 for an air filter, double the price for parts, the list goes on. I called my family mechanic and he laughed. Totally unprofessional. Never going back there again, EVER!!! More
The worst car buying experience I've ever encountered I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership, and this was unlike any dealership experience I have ever dealt with. I originally connected with Tayl I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership, and this was unlike any dealership experience I have ever dealt with. I originally connected with Tayler by phone and email, and she was great, with super quick responses and always a friendly, positive tone. The sales person I then worked with, Dave, was a gentleman; very nice, personable, and helpful in answering all of my questions throughout the entire process, They both get my thumbs up. The management and the finance team however were real pieces of work. Sleazy, lying, and extremely disrespectful. Instead of detailing the entire experience, I'll just recap the notable items: - Mike, the manager, extended an offer in person and said, "that number will stay on the table for you for a couple of days if you change your mind." Not more than 24 hours later, I called back to accept the deal and was told it would now be +$1,000.00 more. (Why would I ever take a car salesman's word seriously? My fault, honestly.) - We agreed on a price and I gave them a credit card over the phone to leave a deposit. When I went in to sign and buy the car two days later, they tried to retract the agreed numbers, and mentioned that my card was never charged so nothing was set in stone yet. Cute tactic. - They also decided on the day of the sale that they weren't happy with what they had previously offered for my trade, as the managers stood around looking at it in the parking lot, cigarettes in hand, and Mike let out a displeased "F**K!!!" - The finance dept then tried to hit me with a 3.5% interest rate -2 full points over what their bank was offering based on my credit score- explaining off the record that it was "to get at least something because we're making nothing on this deal." I'm sorry, is that my problem?? Overall the managers were full of attitude and spoke way too openly to each other on the sales floor. They at least seem to be having fun though, as I watched one salesman race out of the building to catch a brand new vehicle that was left in drive, rolling across the lot, while the employee who pulled it up had a huge smile on from ear to ear. (I wish I were making this up.) The bologna I had to deal with during the purchasing process was enough to make your blood boil. I only stuck with it because the vehicle I was looking for was hard to come by and I got it for a great price, which they obviously did not want to give me. I went in knowing what I wanted and what I should pay for it; I can only imagine how much wool they must pull over naive buyers' eyes. More
