The hike, the price of the car up $5000, and told me it was a joke, and that Ford couldn't sell the car. And they had it for two days. So I am wholesale accusing them of baiting switch. They gave me a very solid deal on my trade-in, especially considering the amount of work it needed. That level of fairness and professionalism meant a lot. It’s clear he leads from the front and genuinely cares about customer experience. The entire team was straightforward, respectful, and easy to work with — no pressure, just honest conversations and real effort to help. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE‼️ I took my 22 Maverick in for a regular scheduled maintenance tuneup May, 25 (quick lane) My truck was running perfectly before entering their shop; my truck was misfiring as soon a regular scheduled maintenance tuneup May, 25 (quick lane) My truck was running perfectly before entering their shop; my truck was misfiring as soon as I left there. Over the last 8 months I've taken it back three times! First time they found one cracked spark plug and said it was fixed, yet as a pulled off the lot my truck was still misfiring. Second time quick lane kept my truck all day, then told me I would have to take it to main service, because, they wouldn't have time to figure it out. Third time main service kept my truck for three days then called me to tell me the misfire is coming from the crankshaft seal and sensor and I need to pay them $1750. to fix it so they can see if I have engine damage they think I have! This is the biggest xx shop in town! My truck was running smoothly before their mechanic damaged my truck performing a scheduled maintenance tuneup! This isn't the first incident I've had with them, but this is by far the worst mechanical incompetence of them all. The service manager Fred Philips was no help, what a joke!! I am a Ford Motor Company Employee Union Member and I have filed a formal complaint with my employer regarding this dealership and the BBB! DON’T GO HERE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND YOU WILL PAY THE PRICE FOR THEIR MISTAKES‼️ More

If you are from NC, do not purchase a vehicle at Priority Ford Norfolk. I purchased a new Ford from them December 9th. I still do not have my Title. My insurance has not been registered to the NC Department DMV Liability Insurance. I do not have my tags transferred. Now I am receiving letters from NC DMV Liability Insurance about my trade in vehicle not having insurance. This whole sales process has been very bad. They have 28 days to do this, and we are past that. This rating system asked me to rate employees. The people I met are not listed. More

I began to just communicate with the service manager because i had so many issues, he told me he would be my point of contact. He called me in September to tell me my door should come in mid October! I have left 2 voicemails that are not being returned. My door will not stay opened on its own which causes a safety issue and it sounds like it will fall off. I am beyond disappointed now I am just angry. This is unacceptable. More
