Service shop left lines disconnected in my vehicle when I picked it up. After paying for them to fix an issue I never saw, knew about, or experienced, I was dismayed to find lines disconnected. Called and le picked it up. After paying for them to fix an issue I never saw, knew about, or experienced, I was dismayed to find lines disconnected. Called and left voicemails for the service manager, Mike Wright, who eventually got in touch with me. Said he’d look into it. Never called me back, never answered my voicemails, or made any attempt to remedy the situation. This is after having to bring my vehicle in multiple times to fix an unrelated issue. Also after having to call and leave voicemails repeatedly for several weeks in order to get a price quote on replacing brake pads - a quote I still never received 6 moths later. This place is garbage. They’re either incompetent or unethical or both. More
