My customer experience was not satisfactory, they kept my vehicle for 8 days for non driveability repairs, informed me I needed glass panels for a water leak at the sunroof $1600.0 and $1200.0 each, the seal vehicle for 8 days for non driveability repairs, informed me I needed glass panels for a water leak at the sunroof $1600.0 and $1200.0 each, the seals for the panels are all that is required at $157.0 each. I called another dealership and found the seals in stock, Priority parts wanted to sell me the panels with seals. More

Terrible service. Terribly slow. Can't share my thoughts with leadership because they are apparently too busy to answer a phone or call back. Oil changes with an appointment still takes 3 hours.
