Excellent service. I made a mistake regarding my appointment and brought my vehicle in on the wrong day. My service rep, Lakyn, was gracious enough to get my vehicle in that day and had it ready fo appointment and brought my vehicle in on the wrong day. I left my vehicle at Priority Ford on 1 June for service on 2 June, with service rep Lakyn Lentz. Have to say Priority is very lucky to have her as I found her to be very efficient and helpful to met all m on 2 June, with service rep Lakyn Lentz. Vehicle was left day before service was to take place the next day, so you can see why I was so surprised to receive a call from her the afternoon of the day I left it there telling me it was ready for pick up, and let me know just I need to be picked that service was available as well.
