The least we could have done was to honor the essence of your warranty and ensure that you did not have to come out of pocket for the repair. We do apologize for the inconvenience that Safelite’s botched repair caused. Windshield protection, like most insurance products is subject to the insurers approval. We were authorized to repair rather than replace under your warranty and the insurance company sent Safelite to repair your windshield. I think that you will find that your future service will carry the same level of customer care that covering your deductable showed. Rest assured, when servicing your Honda, you will not receive better care than at Priority Honda.

It is not uncommon for our customers to find better financing from one of our lenders. With Priority’s large customer base we provide a substantial number of loans to our lenders and this gives us buying power with them, very often getting consumers better rates than available through your own bank.
