We had talked with them several times. That's how many times we were lied to. Honda finance kept calling us for payment. The biggest part is being lied to about the car being sold in February but then the sales manager who died know the situation actually told us it wasn't sold till March 7th. All the people inoved knew the truth including the general manager. He did finally get Honda paid for the car we traded in but still kept the lie about when it was sold. I was getting ready to visis the owner Dennis at the Priority Toyota with the police and thats when Honda finally got paid. Again it was the lie about the orginial car already being sold then charging us $2000 on top of it. Along with the other fees being required and they weren't. It was going to be $5000 but they took off the extra fees that were never required. Worst experience ever!!!!
