Treated well again I ran my 2006 Civic over a bump that was deeper than expected on the other side, and the bump hit the bottom of the car. I did not see or feel damage at the expected strike point, but at the next two stops I found a fluid leak at that exact location, including catching a glimpse of a big drop coming down. With Woodson Honda's previous record of demonstrating integrity with me, I thought that I should let them check this out in order to prevent damage from an important fluid loss. They put it on the rack and checked it within an hour. It was water from the outside of the air conditioner, which has a somewhat unusual location in the Civic (not near the front of the engine). There was no charge -- Chris said that they would not charge to check it -- and they provided their complimentary free car wash as well. What can I say? More

Service with Integrity We wanted to take our 2001 Honda Accord on a 1500 mile plus trip. We took it in for an oil change plus a check of hoses, fluid levels, and a tire tha We wanted to take our 2001 Honda Accord on a 1500 mile plus trip. We took it in for an oil change plus a check of hoses, fluid levels, and a tire that was losing air at about 3 or 4 psi per week. They did all of this with a good diagnosis and advice on the tire problem -- plus a car wash -- for a total of $29.47 with no coupon. This was after getting great advice from Chris on an expensive "engine diagnostic" issue at the 90,000 mile service. In general, this is a car dealership with dealership rates, but it is refreshing to find real integrity in the service at any cost. More
