I recently purchased a 2007 Honda Accord from Rick Woodson Honda in Roanoke VA. I am a 70 year old single woman who knows nothing about cars. George Henry was very patient with me. I wanted a green ride, and wasn't familiar with the Insight. Larry was patient with me trying, learning, driving and then loving the car. He even transported me to the dealer since I had no car. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Rick Woodson Honda. We have been pleased with all of our vehicles and all of the salespeople we have worked with over the years. He was very professional--very helpful and interested in our business, but not overbearing. We never felt pressured. He explained all aspects of the sales process fully, and made sure that we understood everything about the CRV we were purchasing. He spent a lot of time and effort on getting us a deal that fit our budget. We definitely recommend both Bill and the dealership. Ric Carter in the business office was also great to work with--very friendly and professional. Both Bill and Ric were very personable--even though it was late in the evening when everything was wrapped up. More

The certified vehicle we purchased was supposed to have a new battery--but it wasn't done. We discovered this when the car wouldn't start, two days after we drove it off the lot. Rear outlet also was not f new battery--but it wasn't done. We discovered this when the car wouldn't start, two days after we drove it off the lot. Rear outlet also was not functioning, and upholstery repair failed immediately. There was a severe disconnect between the promises from the sales side regarding a certified vehicle and the actual reality--the certification and rework process was not done well. I should note that they have stepped up to fix the items--it's just that they should not need to have been fixed in the first place. More

My family purchased two Hondas from Mr. Henry in June. At that time the front brakes on my Pilot were replaced. I had the best car buying experience I have ever had. There was no pressure and he was a pleasure to deal with. Last week, I noticed a grinding sound in my Pilot. I had my husband look at the car and he agreed that the back brakes were going bad. I called Rick Woodson on Monday, had my appointment today (Tuesday), my brakes and rotors have been replaced with a more than satisfactory price. I am thrilled and will continue to do business at this car dealership!! More

Dunn was extremely helpful and adept at helping me trade-in my 2008 Civic for a 2010 at a lower cost per month. Needless to say, I was very happy with his work. I continue to lease Civics because I find them an excellent and reliable car and I continue to work with Woodson because of their helpfulness, reputation, and expertise. This time around I will watch the maintenance schedule and make sure that my tires are rotated properly so that they will last the length of the three year lease. More

To check this out, I went to the internet and asked for a price quote on the same car from Woodson Honda in Roanoke. The Woodson representative responded very quickly to my query, and much to my delight, the price that he quoted was considerably less than I expected. We drove to Roanoke to check this out, fully expecting to be disappointed. The price was 'real' and the car was exactly what we were told it would be. The salesman, Carless Craighead, was friendly and helpful. We were not pressured to buy lots of over-priced add-ons. I have been buying cars for nearly 50 years, and this experience was probably the best of them all. More
