We arrived at Rick Woodson Honda about 9:45AM on a Friday morning. As we headed toward the door to the show room, Larry opened the door and greeted us. He introduced himself and asked how he could help us. We told him what we were interested in and he said that he had one of each of what we were interested out on the lot and he showed us the way. Upon arriving at the vehicles he started out with the Pilot which just happened to be the same color as the vehicle that we owned but by a different manufacturer. He went over the vehicle explaining the high points and did some minor comparison with the smaller CR-V. My wife wanted to take the Pilot for a ride as she seemed to be more interested in the Pilot. We took the vehicle out on the road with the trucks and heavy traffic which gave me a chance to to experience open road and heavy traffic driving since I would be the one most likely to do most of the driving. Upon our return, Larry was right there before we even got out of the vehicle and asked how we liked it. I had a few questions which he explained/showed to us and we then went into his cubicle. He had the brochure and went through it explaining things to us as we went along. Very thorough and at the same time very pleasant and very professional. I told him that we would like to talk over the cost and particulars of the vehicle that we were looking at and that we would be back in touch with him. We did so and I was back with him in just a few hours. We discussed the price over the phone and came to an agreement. Again, over the phone he was very pleasant and very professional and at the same time very personable and very matter of fact. we arrived at the dealership several hours later and the vehicle was ready. we looked over the vehicle and he went over just about every singe thing that we could possible enounter on the vehicle and what we could expect and made some changes to the door locking procedures and again showed us a few things to remember. Larry has all of the attributes that I seek in a friend as well as a for a co-worker. Pleasant, professional and appearing to want to help and be sure that you are satisfied before making a purchase. In addition, several salesmen checked with us while we were waiting to ensure that we were taken care of and one spent some time just chating with us to ensure that our time would go faster waiting for the paper work to be completed. We were most happy with our purchase and with the people wtht whom we had contact. More

As my husband and I were ready to leave to go home, Bill said he had one more car that I had not seen and I may like it. THERE IT WAS!!! THE ONE for me...the most beautiful white Honda EX-L with leather seats and so many extras that I immediately fell in love with it. My last car was a 1996 Honda Accord LX that I had for 12 years. I had planned to keep it for a number of more years but my new car is a gift from my husband for our 40th wedding anniversary so I had to part ways with my 1996 Accord which sold in 2 days of being advertised!!! My experience with my 1996 Accord was so positive that I will never own anything but a Honda. Oh..also when I left I had our salesman's phone number just incase I should have any questions..sure enough..I had one today and he was again, most helpful. I have bought three vehicles from George Henry. He always listens and comes up with just the right choice for me. The last purchase was a Honda. After a phone call to George, telling him of my need f always listens and comes up with just the right choice for me. The last purchase was a Honda. After a phone call to George, telling him of my need for a trade, he found the car on the lot for me. I test drove only this one which I purchased. If George had not moved to the Honda dealership, I probably would not be driving a Honda today. I am glad that he did because this car is the best one that I have ever owned. From the moment my wife and I walked on the lot we were greeted and waited on like old friends. Dealing with George Henry in the purchase of my used 2007 Element was one of the most low pressure, easy car purchases I have ever made. He is highly knowledgeable and very good at his job.
