Best Salesperson ever About a week ago my husband and I decided that it was time for us to purchase a new vehicle since our car had just broken down and we had a 4 month ol About a week ago my husband and I decided that it was time for us to purchase a new vehicle since our car had just broken down and we had a 4 month old baby. We had also wanted to buy a family car, something more spacious that we could grow our family in. We first went to the priority Toyota dealership but didn't find what we were looking for. The salesman at Toyota suggested the Hyundai dealership since we stated that we wanted to give them a look around as well, and I am so glad we did. We found our dream SUV all thanks to Andrea. She was sweet and welcoming and gave us all our option and allowed us to come to a decision. She made sure to keep our daughter in mind when we were looking at vehicles and even made sure to let us know all the safety features in each vehicle. When we went we had no idea we would be going home that day in a new vehicle. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the market for a new car. Also when making our purchase Bobby Ford did a great job in making sure that we stayed without our budget, and we are so glad he did. More

In November 2017, when we bought our Santa Fe and test drove it, we noticed a tire vibration and reported it. Took it back at least three times and the Service Manager, Fred Kearns each time said nothing was wrong. Got to Florida and and with less than 2k miles the other dealer ran the appropriate tests and found that all four tires had flat spots. We were out $263 dollars and Fred just ignored our e-mails, in fact he and the dealership did nothing to reimburse us. If you want a new career, fighting for your legitimate reimbursement buy your car from Priority. More

I spoke to the sales rep and asked her to check with the sales director/manager Tom Ivey if I could come in. I have purchased 4 new vehicles within 5 years with them. I received a text back from the online sales department and it read that due to previous experience I would not be allowed to purchase from Priority Hyundai. 4 cars 4 new cars and he gets mad over myself doing comparisons with checkered flag. So the main owner/manager tells the sale department to tell me thanks but no thanks. That has got to be the most arrogant and disrespectful treatment of a customer..... ever. You who choose this place of business have been informed. Buy at your own risk. This is what he really thinks of customers. More

We have purchased an Elantra, Elantra GT, Azera, Genesis, Vera Cruz and a Tucson. As we look to the future to replace my wife's 2013 Elantra we are researching other dealerships because of very poor experiences with the service department at Priority Hyundai. Just a few examples... We had a loose plug following an oil change which resulted in an oil slick in our garage. On another occasion, we ordered tires and learned that they had been put on another customer's car by accident. On yet another occasion, my car was backed into another car by a service technician while it was there for an oil change. Even with an appointment I have waited two hours or more before the car was even touched by a technician. We have had good experiences with the sales staff and we love Hyundais. But, the extremely poor service department has ended our business with Priority. More
