After Purchase The following morning (friday) after purchasing my vehicle I noticed a crack in the top right portion of the windshield. I was supposed to come back S The following morning (friday) after purchasing my vehicle I noticed a crack in the top right portion of the windshield. I was supposed to come back Sunday anyways to have apple play downloaded since they could not find the USB stick that day. I was told to come between 12-5. When I got there around 12:30, they hadn't found the USB. I showed them the crack and I was told that they would have it repaired but it may still show some. They would give me a call Monday to let me know what time I could come back for the repair and to upload the apple play. They called Mon morning saying that noon would work, then called back and said actually the glass repairman was busy. Made an appointment for Wednesday. The crack was "repaired' but barely looked any different. They still did not find the apple car play USB. And there is an issue with the radio. It resets every time the car is turned off. We've tried setting the stations several times and the same issue occurs once the car is turned off. Also, as of today 1/31, I've noticed another crack in the windshield. Overall I was satisfied with my buying experience but disappointed with the issues I've encountered with a brand new vehicle and the running around I've had to do going back and forth to the dealership to not have the issues resolved More
