Terrible service When I bought my car two years ago, the sales rep told me that I could use the service whenever I needed to and get free oil changes. Every time I've gone in to get an oil change they take me without an appointment and have me sit and wait until it's ready. They've told me to make an appointment by calling recently so I did call and the person on the phone said I could just come in and didn't need an appointment. I went in today and they told me they couldn't take me unless I had an appointment and that I could set one up with the ladies behind me. I told him how I called and he said well you must've called the wrong number and I told him I talked to someone on the service phones and he said well you can go talk to those ladies over there. He was very rude about it and wasn't helpful at all. Very disappointed that I bought my car from this place and I won't do it again. More

Overlooked When I came to the dealership I don't think my attire said G90, so I felt overlooked when looking at the car and not really taken serious when approac When I came to the dealership I don't think my attire said G90, so I felt overlooked when looking at the car and not really taken serious when approached. There is a possibility that there was a misunderstanding about my visit, but no call was made to me to clear it up even though I left my number with them. I had to return to the dealership blind again in regards to the information that I asked for. I have never purchased a car under a lease program with the option to buy this will be my first. I do intend to purchase this vehicle because of my age and its outstanding luxuries this will hopefully be my Rose Royce of cars so to speak. I do however own a 2013 Cadillac Escalade purchased new it has 18000 miles I also own a 2011 Chrysler 300 35800 miles also purchased new. Both are own mint condition. As I said earlier 1500 reduction in price would change my feeling about your next release and the dealer that sales your product. This is the only thing that would make me really recommend this dealership and the purchase of your product. No matter how much we like it fair treatment makes us love it. Thank you More

Dynamic Duo My daughter takes great care of me and her mom. She and I take care of her mom together who has Alzheimer's. Truth is I don't know what I would do without her help. When she said that I couldn't retire until I retired my Saturn. I have to admit I wasn't sure if she was right at first, I mean why fix what ain't broke? But, as usual she pointed out some very important things that I hadn't thought of. Not to mention that Saturns aren't made anymore. I asked her what she had in mind & she pointed to her recently purchased new Hyundai Elantra GT and said that the dealership was awesome and the salesman was not pushy and I thought well why not? I'm now the owner of a shiny new 2017 Elantra & so glad I listened to my daughter. I should have known- she & I aren't the Dynamic Duo for nothing! More
Go see Donald for enjoyable car buying! Donald Mecca assisted me at the dealership. He was great and took the time to introduce me to the vehicle, then decipher which trim level I needed. He did not try to sell me a vehicle I didn't need-he listened to my needs. He was personable, did not rush and did not add pressure to the car buying process. I visited several times and each time he greeted me with a smile and offered to help. I took the vehicle out for a test drive on multiple occasions. I visited the VB dealership and the salesman there didn't even unlock a vehicle for me to look at and kept trying to get me to look at a different model than what I wanted. He pointed in the window. and listened to nothing I said. I visited the one in Suffolk and that dealership was pushy and uncomfortable. I visited one of the two in Newport News/Hampton area and they too were pushy (they were the same company as the Suffolk one anyway). By far- Priority had the best salesman that I encountered when it came to the local Hyundai dealerships. I would and have recommended Donald to friends and family as I had a pressure free experience. It was actually enjoyable! Thanks Donald! More
