I had a few snags because of my bank not understanding some of the process that needed to happen so that kept me there much JC and Dave were amazing. That doesn't reflect any towards the staff at Priority or the customer service I received. They were great and actually helped with me being able to complete my process spite the misunderstanding with my bank. A friend recommended Priority Hyundai after I had left Carmax unhappy with their selection. I am glad she did. I was treated like a friend or family member from the moment I walked up. I was unsure what I would like to look at since I had never thought of or owned a Hyundai but JC walked me through the selections and it was love after a few test drives. Donald was great. I wanted a new santafe when I came in. They told me they didn't have any so we went with a 13. Later to find out they did have a new one.
