Well, I'm glad I didn't hold my breath. Monday came and went with no promised call-back from Cindy. On Tuesday I contacted the Service Department's supervisor, Fred. He said he'd call back Wednesday with an update about the issue of my clock and the delayed part. I also asked Fred that Cindy no longer be my official "advisor," and that I be assigned someone more professional. That this dealership's name is"Priority"is laughable.
