From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted by my salesman, Iggi, before I could even make it through the door. From the second I sat down at his desk, he gave me the space to fully explain my situation, my insurance company totaling out my car, my concerns about unnecessary credit pulls, and wanting to avoid having my information run through a bunch of banks or finance companies. He listened, understood, and immediately helped me narrow my search to something practical and within my range: a car under $35k, plus my GAP and extended warranty package. From start to finish, he delivered top-notch customer service with genuine hospitality. He made sure I was comfortable, constantly checked in with updates from finance, and even offered water or coffee while everything was being finalized. The entire process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. Thank you again, Iggi, and the entire Lexus Priority team of Virginia Beach. I had my 5,000-mile service done at Lexus Virginia Beach and arrived 20 minutes early. The staff was friendly and welcomed me to wait in the lounge.
