I called to make an appointment, Rose my service advisor was helpful and quick. When I arrived Rose quickly acknowledged me and immediately had a loaner vehicle ready. Rose asked if I wanted to have my car was helpful and quick. When I arrived Rose quickly acknowledged me and immediately had a loaner vehicle ready. Rose asked if I wanted to have my car washed and vacuumed. I said okay sure. (Unfortunately my previous visit the washbay crew dented my rear hatch which Rose arranged to have fixed). Rose called me to say the vehicle was ready. A porter brought my vehicle to me in the parking lot and rolled the window down. I said thanks and went on my way and rolled the window up. Unfortunately the drivers window had soap on it which dried on the window. Otherwise the vehicle looked clean and vacuumed which I appreciated except the missed vacuuming the tailgate area, bummer. I’m responding not to complain but to help improve your process. 1. Don’t use the windows just after a vehicle has been washed. 2. Vacuumed the whole vehicle. When I left I immediately went to Kroger to pick some things and open the hatch to my surprise it wasn’t vacuumed. More
