I am usually happy with my service at Lexus dealership. However, I was disappointed on my last visit. I took my car in for a noise coming from front driver side tire. There was a bolt in the tire. I was charged the diagnostic fee which I feel was unnecessary as a bolt in the tire is pretty obvious. I regret not saying check tire first. All I needed was a tire repair. I was charged $238. Good customer service would have been, I see a bolt in the tire so don’t need to do a diagnostic check. More
