Terrible buying experience for a C450 Mercedes. Their "priority" is for you to overpay considering they barely sunk a dime into it.. They use some of the worst text automation designed by knuckleheads. Parker Hope does not exist. No inspection report, very light reconditioning (oil change, wash and vacuum). They are not serious about negotiation. Lot of empty rhetoric and obsolete business tactics. Customer service is non-existent here. More

Purchased a new 2017 Lexus es and have had all services completed with Priority Lexus. On line request for help with a starting problem. Referred to Parts dept. Immediately notified that the correct batter completed with Priority Lexus. On line request for help with a starting problem. Referred to Parts dept. Immediately notified that the correct battery was in stock and cost for new battery excluding installation. Next referred to service department to schedule appointment for installation. Immediately scheduled for an early morning drop off. Confirmed for drop off. Arrived and dropped off in less than 10 minutes. Notified by Isabella that my car was being checked, and a new battery was being installed, and that I would be notified as soon as ready for pick up. Received a text shortly afterwards. I went by paid for and picked up my car and was on my way happy and again assured that all was fine. Thanks for keeping me satisfied with my New Lexus. John S. More

Found a very nice 2013 used Lexus. Drove 6 hours to purchase car. Cameron the salesman was absolutely the best, as was the other people at the dealership. The only two issues was, granted it was a used car is the door lock was not working, I had the key fob in my pocket. It is a very expensive repair. The tire pressure sensor quit working. And the clock did not work. But that is no big deal, I would have thought service inspection would have noticed the lock.I definitely recommend the dealer and Cameron as a salesman. More
