I scheduled an appointment for a manufactures recall. I was told it would be 1 hour at the most. When I arrived I’m told it will take at least 2 hours. The representative who checked me in has not responded to my text about my car still sitting in check in mode. How insulting to the customers. I will send my rogue. If I provided customer service like this to my customers I would be out of business. The goal is to get you in here to sell products and services. More

I had a horrible experience with this dealership.
