The entire “buying” experience was terrible! When I went to the dealership I already had in mind the vehicle I wanted. I agreed for him to see if I would be approved and I specifically asked to only run credit with Nissan. Within 5 minutes I was receiving notifications that I was having numerous inquiries on my credit report. I was livid! I was very upset because the manager assured me that the credit would only be run with Nissan Finance. I left the dealership and I was extremely upset! The manager called me and kissed my #$$ to come back, so knowing better I did. When I went into the finance office to sign the paperwork I asked the manager if they could hold the check for 5 days because I was going through my closing on my house the next day. The following morning I received an alert from my bank that I was overdrawn. The dealership broke their promise and deposited the check which caused my closing check to bounce! Due to their total disregard of what I requested, I was put in a very bad position with the bank. I can go on and on about the whole buying experience but it’s not worth listing everything the dealership put me through. I am in my sixties and have bought many cars in my lifetime. This is by far is the worse dealership I have ever been in. The sales staff sucks along with management! Buyer beware, stay as far away from this dealership as humanly possible!!! More

Slow leak in one tire. We dropped off our 2017 Murano (our 3rd one) for a very slow leak in one tire. The tech troubleshot it and couldn't find it. He tried to convince my wife it was temperature related. When she asked why it only happens to one tire he went silent. I contacted service, while they still had the car, and explained it was the fourth time I had to add 8 PSI after about a week. They still returned the car with no trouble found. And to top it off they couldn't even fill the orginial equipment tire with nitrogen because they don't carry it. They can't even support the products they sell! We're done. Lp & CM More

Took the car in to priority Nissan for a winter check up and a week later the vehicle was smoking on the highway.. when I called them back to find out what "inspection" they did, was told that it was just a visual look. I don't mind if that is how they conduct business but let the customer know in advance that this is not a thorough inspection. So today I am out $3000 and no car. Also they never transfer the title to the bank. I have to now do a run around in search of where the title of my car is because the bank that gave the loan for the car is claiming that they don't have the title. When you call the the dealership, I get a rude employee that tells me that I have to call back on Monday. When I called Sang the salesman, he said there is nothing he can do. What a waste of time and money. I purchases a vehicle from Benz, across the street from this dealership and I receive all paperwork in timely manner and a thorough diagnosis of the vehicle. When there was a problem, the Manager stepped in resolved the matter...that's customer service. More

Although I had been looking at vehicles for several weeks, I decided to stop at this dealership at the last minute during a weekend and easily made an appointment to test drive the 2017 Rogue. Donald Pargoff was knowledgeable, relatable and he did not talk down to me or create a high pressure situation. He was patient and extremely responsive - including answering my follow-up questions by text - which I later learned, was during his day off. In his absence, he also provided me with names for other team members that could help me as I was having trouble deciding on interior color combination/trim level. More
Geting ripped off by "FEES" I was ready to purchase a uses Nissan Leaf from this dealer before I found out that they charge an additional $1,700 in FEES!!! That is in addition to taxes, license and registration. Imagine!!! Charging an additional $995 to prep the car for delivery. As far as I am concerned that's nothing but highway robbery. The dealer told me that these fees are what every used car buyer in Virginia is charged. Come to New York and buy your used car and pay only $75 in fees. Nice way to bilk the public and increase your profit. Sure, advertise the car at a reasonable price and then gouge the buyer with these absurd fees. Keep your Leaf! I am not desperate. More
