The staff although in the past I did not agree with some of the problems I had with the car I always got the recommended service or repairs because Priorty has a very friendly and respectable staff. I took my car in on 11-7-18 because of a issue I was having with the radio unit. One day I started the vehicle and the radio kept saying loading but never would load. I googled this problem with this make and model vehicle and it is clearly a malfunction or just was not a quality radio to begin with because the dealership can't fix them and they recommend replacing the unit at 930 dollars. The service rep Aaron told me when I ask would the manufacturer be able to help me with this problem that by the vehicle being over 100,000 miles that no they would not. I ask him should I expect to have to replace a radio every 4 years or 100,000 miles in Toyota's? I said in the past I have had vehicles for over 10 years and never had to replace a radio. He then started to make light of the situation by explaining to me that he had a 1969 vehicle that the radio works fine in and that it was more than a radio it was a computer. So I ask should I get a vehicle made in 1969 then if i dont want radio issues. On top of that he said I was lucky because I had a cheaper radio and some radios had to be replaced for 2 to 3 thousand dollars. So to sum it up in his words if you buy a Toyota from Priority Toyota you should be aware that it is highly possible to have to replace your radio every 4 years or 100,000 miles . Or to take his advice and buy a vehicle made in 1969. I never write reviews and honestly I sum it up with the year 2014 was not a good year for the radio that is installed in that model vehicle. The sad thing is I don't make a lot of complaints and probably would have sucked it up and just paid the 900 for the radio. But I will not be disrespected and robbed at the same time. Had it been a rep with better customer service skills the dealership would have made a profit and had my business for years . Not any more that will be my last Toyota and I am going back to Honda the brand I bought for years before this problem More

I must say with Jarred Dukes, you get a class act salesperson that is friendly, honest, courteous, kind, classy, helpful, funny, all smiles and many other positive adjectives in the thesaurus! Please ask for Jarred when you enter. You won't be disappointed. Other positive experiences were noted with the charming and singing Corliss, the bright lady with the greatest smile and helper of amenities Tiffany, and most certainly the wonderfully helpful, kind, and amazingly knowledgeable Amber Champion. We walked away very pleased and will refer you to this team of individuals. We got a great deal and are pleased with the selection! More

Then going t Our Experience was great with our salesperson. It was the length of time we spent at the dealership waiting for the other two associates. Then going through all the other potential add on sales for everything from A-Z. I understand that the dealership has it procedures but spending seven hours to purchase a vehicle was a little extreme. Then we had to do the hour and thirty minute drive home after all that. But like I said on the front end we enjoyed the experience with our salesperson the rest was difficult. More

Great experience!! After briefly explaining what I was looking for and the situation we were in, Jarred took us to a vehicle and was in total control of everything. Even After briefly explaining what I was looking for and the situation we were in, Jarred took us to a vehicle and was in total control of everything. Even after explaining I did not need a truck but wanted one, he worked to make it happen. He is truly a professional at what he does and enjoys what he does. It was a true pleasure working with him on a vehicle that I felt was not a possibility. My hats off to Jarred and the dealership for finding a man of this caliber to represent you. I would do business with him again! And the dealership is nothing but amazing! For the first time ever buying a vehicle it was a great experience, and the finance girl — Amber was very professional and personable to work with! Thank you Jarred— Thank you Amber and Thank you Priority! More

It took extremely too long to process the paper work and have the tires replaced before I could pick up the car. The sales lady for the body protection definitely was not knowledgeable of what she was trying to sell in protect the car, when asked she said she didn't know and didn't try to find out the answer to my question, poor representation especially on that part, it appeared she was reading from a scrip and could not deviate from it (example) surface rust and penetrating, she did not know the difference. Product was outstanding, but the knowledge of the sale(s) personal has a great deal to be desired. More
