I feel like I'm a valued customer whenever I go to Priority Toyota Chesapeake. I bought my previous and current Priuses at Priority. The second one we named Nemo after our salesman. Customer service is top notch. The scheduling leaves a bit to be desired. Dropped the truck off and was told it would be done that day. I had my 2016 Corolla serviced for oil change, tire rotation, etc. but I noticed that the tires weren't rotated yet I was charged for the service. I wrote in the other review the customer service I didn’t receive was horrible! The person I had to work with was too preoccupied to let me know my vehicle was ready and had me sitting for additional 30-45 m receive was horrible! The person I had to work with was too preoccupied to let me know my vehicle was ready and had me sitting for additional 30-45 min when she could have called. She claims she did but that is a complete lie and don’t mind showing my phone record and if I can get this text I should have gotten one my car was done. Twenty two minutes to even have someone say hello have you been helped. I would have rather went some where else and paid for my oil change then deal with ppl that clearly don’t care. More
