Upon arrival, I was told there was a recall as well and it would take 2 hours for the service to be completed. I had informed Jason that my battery was under warranty. Well, 2 hours later, Jason approached me to tell me the price of the battery. I informed him, again, that my battery was under warranty. He said it wasn’t. I asked him to show me proof. He called the warranty company who informed him that the battery was in fact still under some form of prorated warranty. It was settled that I wanted to have the battery replaced. He told me that it couldn’t be done because, at that time, the technicians had gone home. It was 4:58 pm. I asked what time do they close. He said they close at 8:00 pm and gave a lousy excuse of having to do a lot of paperwork for the warranty and that takes a lot of time. By the way, the service for the recall had not been done either. I had waited for 2 hours already and couldn’t get service done on my car. I asked him what took so long to get back to me. He was very nonchalant saying that he had to look into the battery warranty, he had other things to do, etc. I told him I didn’t see how him looking into the warranty was the case seeing that he initially told me that my battery wasn’t under warranty. Also, I noted that a technician had approached him in the waiting area saying that the car battery was done as in dead, which I already knew, almost an hour before Jason came back to speak with me. I spoke with service manager, Eric Hawkes, who was just as nonchalant as Jason Baker was. I told him that I preferred to work with another service representative. He told me that it would be a major undertaking to change at this point. I knew that wasn’t true and it was confirmed by their customer relations representative that it was not true. I ended up having to come get my vehicle the next day just to get something done that should have been done the prior day. The customer service seems to be failing in this department. Thee service I received was downright poor. More

I purchased a car from Springfield Toyota through this person two years ago and he cheated me the way that I didn’t know at the beginning since it was my first time. He sold me a 2017 Toyota Corolla for $29700 which is extremely overpriced. I had a lot of bad things going on in my life that and I couldn’t reach back to him. I will still be waiting to be contacted by his manager sometimes so I will explain what really happened and what this guy did with me. Really disappointed for dealing with. More

Unprofessional and disrespectful I have been a loyal customer of the dealership for over three years. I have made multiple deals because I have a large family and we needed multiple c I have been a loyal customer of the dealership for over three years. I have made multiple deals because I have a large family and we needed multiple cars to commute. I maintained the relationship because of the proximity of the dealership to my residence. What I have noticed progressively is contrary to the advertisements put up by the company. Despite being a loyal customer myself who took multiple cars on lease and ownership I had also referred a number of my friends and colleagues. The treatment I was getting from the managers of the institution was incomprehensible and disgusting, to say the least. They are unprofessional, unethical and only concerned about numbers and statistics. In my last deal done last week I brought in a quotation I got from another dealer and asked them to match it, which they did reluctantly. I have associated the release of the car I leased more than two years ago with the purchase and informed this to the sales agents and the manager involved since over six months ago. In the initial attempt I was told that it is too early to release the 2017 car leased and I was advised to come later. At the end of the year and the 'Toyotathon' announced by Toyota I approached the dealership hoping to undertake the deal. After I signed the purchase of the new car I was again denied that the 2017 lease will not be returned. To me this is disrespect and lack of integrity. When the situation arose the managers chose to sit behind the counter and not explain the development. I was sitting in the lobby unattended for many hours until I had to leave frustrated. The managers lack professionalism, courage and ethics. They do not seem to have an understanding of the ABC of customer care. I am so sorry that a great brand like Toyota is represented by this mediocre team. I will soon request Toyota USA to transfer me to another dealership nearby where there is professionalism, respect and integrity. More
