If I get a citation for expired tags, I wonder if Priority would pay it? More

They offered the complimentar I took my truck in for routine scheduled maintenance. They said many things were needed so I agreed to have them done. They offered the complimentary wash which I accepted. When I returned to pick up the truck, it was filthy. There was a huge black grease spot on the passenger door which really stood out on the silver paint. The rest of the truck was horribly filthy. I asked the guy that brought it up to at least clean the grease off, he reluctantly did. It took me days to get the grime off the windshield. I filled a complaint and received a call after about two weeks apologizing for the issue and offering me a free detail. The lady that called said she would follow-up on how to redeem that offer. I received an email stating she called but no other information. I have emailed several times asking if it was a valid offer and have yet to hear back from anyone. I don’t guess it was a valid offer after all. More

But instead they just cut them down, which cannot be done for security reasons. Now again there is a vibration when braking. But they say that I have to pay for the replacement of the rotors. This is a fraud. Should I sue the company? More

Customer service, dishonesty and lying I used to hear the name of Toyota priority of Springfield. When I went there with my friend about the serious issue that my had as result of dishonest I used to hear the name of Toyota priority of Springfield. When I went there with my friend about the serious issue that my had as result of dishonesty of one of the sales man by the name of Mohammad. First, I noticed big disconnect in their explanations, even the one manager by the name of Hamid changed his word twice. He told us that he was not going to resolve the issue we had. Another guy was laughing while we were explaining the issue, that was very unprofessional and never seen anywhere else. Finally, I advise you all, when you want to buy car please be extra careful at the priority toyota of Springfield. They can easily cheat, if they get caught, the salsemen will defend each other no matter if they wrong. More

If you have a problem after your purchase, in which the dealer might be responsible, you won’t get help that way is needed. They will treat you so poor and to the point you feel like they are cheating almost every customer. I bought a new car from them and I really regret on my purchase at this dealership. More

Will never return again First, “Priority” is a misnomer; my experience over the last year invites terms like “immaterial” , “nonessential”, “nugatory”, and the like. After bu First, “Priority” is a misnomer; my experience over the last year invites terms like “immaterial” , “nonessential”, “nugatory”, and the like. After buying a RAV4 from them last year, I complied with the regulation scheduled maintenance visits. A new car requires minimal maintenance, limited to the oil change, tire rotation, “looking under the mat”(?)—in short, nothing that takes more than 20 minutes to do. Yet, every visit for this work , even when Iwould be the first in line, would keep me waiting for one and a half to two hours. For this, latest, and last appointment, not wanting a repeat of the senseless wait for a 20 minute job, I called the service manager, Joshua the day before, and asked him to make this a less extreme wait; he promised no more than an hour ; I come in first thing today, check in with Anthony, tell him about my talk with Josh: he agrees and writes “9:05” as the time out; at 9:10, I go up to Josh and remind him of the promise, he disappears for 10 minutes and re-emerges to tell me it will be another 20 minutes. In sum, even though I was told it would take no more than an hour by both the manager and Anthony, It ended up taking one hour and 45 minutes—close to the regulation 2 hours for a 20 minute job, . This is truly the last time I am dealing with “Priority” My family, friends and law associates will be alll hearing about it. And, curiously, not even an apology from manager Joshua. More
Not a priority I had a schedule app yay 9 this morning and I am still waiting for my vehicle and the time is 12:55. There is a text message mechanism that they have I had a schedule app yay 9 this morning and I am still waiting for my vehicle and the time is 12:55. There is a text message mechanism that they have but does not get utilized. How are customers a priority when they can’t take five minutes to update you. Each hour I had to go see the clerk to ask for an update. My time should be a priority but it’s not. This was the worst service I have every had. You pay all this money and that’s what you get when it’s your time to get your vehicle taken care of. More
