All the positive reviews here are by people who just bought their car. After you're in, the horrible service begins. Their priority is making money. They need a customer service overhaul. For the amount of money people drop on cars, you would expect better service. I get much better service buying a $1 soda at McDonalds and 7-11. The staff don't appear like they want to work there which is reflected in their service. They don't go out of their way to help. They scrape by with the minimum possible level of service. They overcharged me for repairs and misdiagnosed simple car issues on a brand new car. Don't be fooled! If you have to buy a car here, don't get any extras. Don't be fooled by "manicure Wednesday" that's never open or "free (stale) coffee" or "free shuttle" that doesn't work or takes an hour to be available or "free car wash" that is half assed or unavailable because there is some technical issue. If you tell them you don't want some extra unnecessary overpriced service, they will immediately start treating you like crap. I will make sure all of my family and friends know to never come here. It's a factory with absolutely no personalized or even decent service. More

Undercoating for 2018 Tacoma TRD off road Purchased the undercoating along with a brand new Tacoma TRD off road at this dealer on 09/19/18. Scheduled to have the undercoat work on 09/27/18. Go Purchased the undercoating along with a brand new Tacoma TRD off road at this dealer on 09/19/18. Scheduled to have the undercoat work on 09/27/18. Got the truck back on same day and the result was awful. This undercoating looks like was done by high school kid using the rust-olem spray can to apply. The so call "highly trained" technician miss several places on the frame. The original frame came in glossy black and you can see the glossy black spray all over the frame. Came back to the Dealer on 09/28/18 and demand an answer and talked to Ms. Kibebe Tezera. She claims the tech purposely missed the spot to protect the electrical component . This is bull, because the spot they miss, i don't see any electrical wires. I've owned 3 Tacoma and all got the undercoating done and none of them looks like the one was done by Springfield Toyota. Back and ford, Ms. Kibebe Tezera suggest to have the undercoating re-do and promised to fill up the tank and put me the loaner car. Call back on Sat 09/29/18 to confirm the time and availability of the loaner car. Talked to Ms. Stefanie Davis, whose the manager. She re-ensure the loaner car will be available when i come back. Today, 10/03/18, after dropped off the truck to have the undercoating redo and talked to Mr. Fred Corbin the Assistant Service manager. When I ask him about the loaner car, his respond was, nothing available. When i ask him can your shuttle take me to Tyson Corner, his respond was, "our shuttle can only take you up to 5 miles radius". I ended up taking Uber to get to Tyson Corner BOTTOM LINE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STEALER IF YOU NEED TO HAVE ANY AFTER MARKET RELATED DONE TO YOUR CAR. More

Poor communication and customer service I bought my car this dealership on Nov 2016 and I have been coming here since to do my oil change. My last service adviser Dana wasn't helpful. After my car done for servicing she didn't call or text - I had to text her to ask my car status and she said will be coming soon. I came after 40 minutes and the car wasn't ready yet. I had to wait her for another 45 minutes before I spoke with a manager who went downstairs to bring my car to me. Basically she ignored me the whole time. The main problem this location is that employees are too busy and don't care the customer service aspects. More

Bought a used car from them a couple months back. After a few weeks, the check engine light came on, stayed on for a few days, and turned back off. I scheduled an appointment for them to look under the hood. When I arrive, the woman who was supposed to be working on my car repeatedly tried to coerce me into leaving before even looking at my car, saying that there was nothing she could or would be willing to do. She literally told me verbatim that even if she found something, she wouldn't fix it. Don't know why this lady was telling me to my face that she was unwilling to do her job, but I stood my ground and refused to leave before she looked at it. Hours later, she tells me that I was right and something had been wrong and that she would fix it. I'm sure that she would have preferred me to leave and then come back weeks later when the issue persisted and I was no longer under warranty. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Fast forward roughly two months, and I still have not received my plates for my car that I was told were being mailed to me. I called numerous times, and each time I was told that someone was looking into it and would call or email me back. Not ONE time did anyone ever contact me back, forcing me to call over and over again to ask the same questions. EVENTUALLY I got somebody's attention and was told that my plates had not been sent because I had not turned in my Maryland state inspection paperwork. I informed them that I had turned it in to the woman at the front desk weeks ago. SO, this dealership lost my paperwork before anybody could even enter into the system. Because I had the inspection done at an older shop that doesn't do things electronically, I now have to back track and hope that he has a copy. If not, it looks like I'm out another $100 for another inspection. And finally, for the Grand Finale. These people waited so long to get back to me that my SECOND pair of temporary tags is now several days expired. If just ONE person in that dealership had had the professionalism to call me back instead of brushing me off and giving me the run around, I would have been able to resolve this issue before my tags expired. They refuse to issue me a new set of tags even though this situation is entirely their fault. So now I have no choice but to be driving around with expired tags, risking it all to try to figure this mess out. Behind the big, showy dealership there's nothing but a bunch of inconsiderate, unprofessional people who want to take your money and dismiss you while doing the least amount of work possible. Please shop elsewhere. More
