RACIST SCAM ARTISTS! ! ! I wish i could give them ZERO stars! I spoke to Desiree DeMott (Internet Sales Manager) On Jan 1st and requested an OTR price for a 2017 Highlander I wish i could give them ZERO stars! I spoke to Desiree DeMott (Internet Sales Manager) On Jan 1st and requested an OTR price for a 2017 Highlander XLE in writing as i did not want to drag my pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter in freezing weather to a dealership over an hour away in vain. She emailed a 'FINAL OTR price' of $34,214.61 . On reaching the Dealership and test driving the vehicle, i confirmed the OTR price with the salesman. When the finance lady came over, she demanded that i pay $3000 over the OTR price quote i had in writing. One of the Sales managers (Paul Rumage) claimed that he would not sell me the car at a loss if i dont pay $3000 over the OTR price quote. The Racist manager then yelled at me on the floor that i needed to learn English first and threatened to call the cops on me and my family! After wasting the entire day and getting humiliated by racist epithets and being threatened, I could take it no longer and left. This is the worst customer service i have ever received from any business...period! I have already submitted a written complaint to the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board (Virginia) and Toyota customer service (toyota_cares@toyota.com). All complaints to Toyota's customer service become part of the permanent record of the dealership and are used to decide if the dealership's licence should be renewed. All these SCAM ARTISTS care about is selling a car...morals, and ethics and decency be damned! Delete review More

Horrible Customer service This is regarding a absolutely horrible customer service , a bad day at Priority Toyota Springfield.I own a 2005 Highlander ,with a preschedule serv This is regarding a absolutely horrible customer service , a bad day at Priority Toyota Springfield.I own a 2005 Highlander ,with a preschedule service appointment I went for an oil change on Nov 30 2017 and requested for mobile 1 synthetic oil which I have been doing for long time and they put the wrong regular oil in my car and ask me to pay $130.The service adviser Mr.Shaun Capp was so cruel and rude, I decided to talk with the manager about the oil change , instead of apologizing about the mistake ,the customer relation manger I guess her name is Susan, was very rude ,and disrespect to me.While I was taking with her she was so upset with me,and left the room didn’t even answer my question,she doesn’t know how to treat and deal with customers. She is a very bad on customer relationship , there’re are plenty of places I could go, I choose this location as this was close to my house, I just waisted my time going there. I’ll not recommend anybody to visit Priority Toyota Springfield for any services. I am trying to reach Toyota HQ regarding this issue. Please kindly convey this message to Mr.Dennis Ellmer I thing he’s the president of the company.This kind of unacceptable customer service is not tolerable. Thank you for your time. More

They do not value their customers at all. Absolutely horrible sales managers! I will NEVER buy another car from this group again. Didn't rotate tires I purchased a service contract which included 5k service intervals, they immediately forget you have this contract. After showing proof they said they'd rotate the tires, etc. I see the car already in the pickup area, the service rep says 20 minutes. I go inside walk the accessory area for a few minutes and return to the bay to see my car still there. I dropped off my bags and see the rep approach, I think he's going to take the car back for the rotation but he said no, it's done. He can't give me a receipt because he can't undo the charge for the oil change that I prepaid. I don't believe the tires are rotated but there's apparently no service manager at night. There is no brake dust on my rear rims. My front rims are filthy, I have rear drums because Toyota saved $20 per unit... drums don't get the rims dirty, disc brakes leave dust... My front rims are filthy... My tires were not rotated. Holly xxxx am I pissed off, the inside staff are not friendly, the lady at the coffee bar couldn't understand me, but she made my coffee and was nice, the coffee left me a little underwhelmed, but she was nice. I would have bought the car there and had free oil changes but they wouldn't give me their trucar car valuation of the new car I wanted, but I take it there for service. I need to get a refund on this service contract and move service departments. More
