Paul Sonnhalter is the representative that helped me at Springfield and I have to say I’ve never received better service. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. He helped fix a problem that Woodbridge Toyota said they’d taken care of, come to find out they never replaced the part in the first place. I will be taking all my business to Springfield Toyota as long as Paul Sonnhalter is my service representative. I’m also considering upgrading my vehicle at that location because of the excellent service I received from Paul.
