Outstanding post-sale support! I just bought a new Toyota at the Priority Toyota Springfield dealership. Well, my new car happened to have a 1-in-a-million issue that caused me I just bought a new Toyota at the Priority Toyota Springfield dealership. Well, my new car happened to have a 1-in-a-million issue that caused me a problem on day two of ownership. Naturally, I was very upset and (having been down this road before years ago with a Ford), I "girded my loins" for what I expected to be a long, tiring, lonely and disappointing fight to get the issue fixed the first time and forever. Let me tell you that my expectations were very wrong and my experience was absolutely refreshing! My salesman, Todd, went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve my issue, support me and work on my behalf every step of the way. He actually cared about my post-sale experience because it represented his and Priority's reputation. How different is THAT!? He called me often to keep me appraised on status. He even came in on his day off to coordinate the service and make sure it was a top priority at the dealership. This was wonderful but unexpected, because most salesmen forget who you are two minutes after they close the deal. Todd was and is very different in the best way. When my car was fixed, I went to pick it up. Of course, my expectation was that the service technicians would simply replace a bunch of parts and HOPE they fixed the problem. I was wrong again. Dwayne McClain, my service manager, searched me out in the lobby, introduced himself, then personally escorted me back to the technician who diagnosed the problem, then proved to me that his diagnosis was correct, and replaced only the part that was faulty. Wow! That level of expertise is something I only expect to see on the Velocity channel on cable TV! It was truly refreshing. Finally, I knocked on the dealership's general manager's door, Amar Nara, to share my pre/post-sale experience with him. My expectation was that I would have to talk with a slick general manager in a defensive crouch, looking at his watch, while I shared my tale of woe. WRONG again. Amar's primary and genuine interest was my satisfaction - period. Another WOW! Bottom line, my experience at Priority Toyota Springfield was 180 degrees different that my jaded expectation. I cannot recommend them more highly. More

We went in to trade in a used vehicle as we needed a bigger car for our growing family and our sales rep Todd Carlson helped us from beginning to end making sure all of our questions or concerns where answered about the vehicle and even financing options so we could get the best value for our trade ins and our budget. He never once pressured us or lost any patience with our requests in getting the best vehicle we would need. All in all I would definitely recommend this dealership and Todd Carlson as a returning Toyota customer. We had purchased our previous used vehicle with the help of Todd as well who helped us then tremendously. More
The worst dealership The worst car dealership I ever been to. I went to buy 2015 Toyota RAV4 and trade my 2014 Toyota corrola Sport edition. It seems that the sales person doesn't know what he was doing the whole time. Stan Gutierrez came to me and he time and I waited for 3 hours. The manager name Stan Gutierrez came and he told me my car worth $7,500 cause it has minor scratch. My car is 2014 sport edition fully loaded with Navigation System, Back Up Camera, sunroof, leather seat, alloy wheels And it has only 20,321 miles. I know my car is worth more than $16,000 and I went to his office and I showed him the Kelly Book Value & NADA the trade value is $16,000 and I'm asking him only to give me $13,000, cause it has minor scrach. When I ask him to show me how he came up with $7,500. I found out this guy put my car as LE model (which is Base Model) , roughly condition, $80,000 miles, what he did was he made all the change of computer to lower the value of the car down. When I conferted him, he trying to lie and make up excuses. He didn't think I know everything what he was doing. I won't recommend any one to go to this dealership. They will rip you off. More

While it is only inches longer than our 17-year-old Honda Civic, it is so large inside that it makes it so easy for me as a handicapped husband to get in and out with ease. We can't say enough about the Highlander. It is the one car from which we could not walk away. We would recommend Priority Toyota Springfield without hesitation to anyone interested in a truly remarkable vehicle and an unsurpassed car buying experience. Finally, a word about our salesman, Todd Carlson, who withstood our starts and stops, changes of minds, and made sure we got the vehicle we truly wanted. He was remarkable in every respect. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. He is the best! He is friendly, knows about every vehicle on the lot, he is patient and completely professional.
