I was interested in a car the dealership had advertised and inquired via text about the car. The messages are auto generated (I didn’t know). I wanted to speak with someone in finance after I was told via and inquired via text about the car. The messages are auto generated (I didn’t know). I wanted to speak with someone in finance after I was told via text that I was approved for the purchase. I kept receiving messages that “someone would call me back asap”. No one ever called and I was planning to take a 2 hour trip tomorrow morning to seal the deal. Isn’t happening. After reading these reviews, I’m running for the hills. More

Some calls "oh they didnt forward your information to manager, let me get that done for you." Had a much better experience calling big city mitsubishi. Finally got an out the door price which included $5,000 in pre inspection fees, and other fees. Cannot wait for manufactures to sell direct to consumers, these dealerships need to close and need more autonation, carmax etc More

This is one instance where you should trust your gut instinct. I drove 2 hours from Connecticut, after being promised over the phone that there were no fees beyond Doc fees, taxes, and DMV fees. I expli instinct. I drove 2 hours from Connecticut, after being promised over the phone that there were no fees beyond Doc fees, taxes, and DMV fees. I explicitly asked for a fee breakdown multiple times over the phone and had it confirmed by more than one sales person that it was just list price, doc, dmv, tax. Once I sat down I was hit with $2000 “certification fee”, $1300 Lo-Jack fee (keep in mind this was an Tesla that is literally connected to the internet 24/7) and $2000 dealer fee. Initially Devon was helpful and then Marcus stepped in and worked a deal that erased a few of those fees after I was lowballed for my trade. After agreeing on a price for the car and value for my trade, I walked out to the lot to take a picture of the dent in the trunk of the car I was about to purchase, so that I could get an estimate for paintless dent removal. When I came back inside I was told another sales person had “just taken a deposit over the phone and I could no longer purchase the car” 4+ hours round trip plus 90 minutes at the dealer with absolutely nothing to show for it. The deals look too good to be true, because they are too good to be true. Save yourself the trouble and drive 30 minutes down to Import Masters for a better selection and significantly better treatment. More
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. ....I rented a car to drive 2.5 hours from Connecticut with insurance card and bank check for deposit for a vehicle after confirming I was in route to ....I rented a car to drive 2.5 hours from Connecticut with insurance card and bank check for deposit for a vehicle after confirming I was in route to make it happen. I get there through tolls, traffic and xx to walk in and be told they took a deposit the night before and wanted to show me other cars......I was pissed because I knew what they did, they price online cheap, tack on fees and "certification" fees and then tell people come, just to get them in the door. I hope I can save someone even if only one, from going through what i did! The General Manager Ron actually told me when asked what I could of done to prevent this, said "Ia should of purchased a car in CT!" This after they told me how many people they get from New Jersey and Connecticut because their plan is low priced calls, get people to travel far and be already invested in time when they tack on fees on top fees.......RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY. First, they bait and switch. Promise you a car that's in the ad and when you arrive it's not there. Second, the price is a lie. They do not sell cars at their listed prices. Promise you a car that's in the ad and when you arrive it's not there. Second, the price is a lie. They do not sell cars at their listed prices. They insist on tacking on administrative fees and cpo fees. Third, they lie about the federal energy rebate for purchasing an electric car. The law specifically states that the rebate can't go for any car more than $25,000 before taxes. They inflate the car price then pretend to give you a rebate of $4000. It's a scam. More
