Finally they gave me a check equal to the insurance amount, but the check never cleared. I assume they gave me a fraud check. And now they don't answer my call or email or message. More

Dishonest I purchased a used car and extended service contract. I was promised the paperwork for the service contract multiple times, on multiple days, and when I purchased a used car and extended service contract. They only contacted me after I complained to the BBB, and then they claimed to have already sent the check to me, and asked me to remove my complaint. I told them I would update my complaint after I received the refund. I have yet to receive the check and it has been more than enough time for it to reach me by mail. They make a lot of promises that they don't keep, buyer beware. More

Buyer Beware I purchased a MINI Cooper from Motor Cars USA in November 2016, along with an extended warranty. At the time of purchase, I was provided with no info I purchased a MINI Cooper from Motor Cars USA in November 2016, along with an extended warranty. At the time of purchase, I was provided with no information about the warranty, including the company holding the warranty or how to contact them. When I realized this in January, I immediately contacted Sef and Tony to request they send the warranty information. It is now September and I still have not received the information, despite monthly requests; this is highly unprofessional and has put me at risk since the manufacturer's warranty is now expired and I have no recourse for repairs despite paying over $1400 for the extended warranty. Additionally, the financing company Motor Cars USA used, CRB Auto/Mechanics Bank, proved to also be extremely unscrupulous [a claim also supported by BBB reviews], leading me to refinance with Chase after only 6 months in an effort to escape their exploitative billing practices. While I have had no issues with the vehicle and the purchase experience was overall pleasant, I would not advise that anyone do business with Motor Cars USA based on their financing partnerships and horrendous post-purchase customer service. UPDATE: After many months of reaching out to Sef and Tony with no response, Altin stepped in to help finally resolve the issue. Turns out Motor Cars USA sold me a plan that didn't actually cover my MINI Cooper, and thus the warranty was never issued. Altin quickly uncovered the problem and secured a new, higher-coverage extended warranty for me at at no additional cost. Altin ultimately went above and beyond to make things right, and I am thankful for that. More
