The associate brought my air filter and cabin filter out to show me how they looked and to offer installation of new ones, but he did not make me feel like he was up-selling me or pushing products on me (which I appreciate). In fact, we agreed to replace them next time instead. He looked up my VIN and found there was a recall, which they took care of right then. I live over 60 miles away, but the service department does a good job of making it easy for me. More
