I just purchased a 2012 RDX; my salesman was/is Tony Bellomio. What I liked most about Tony was the fact he was not overbearing. That made the difference. After the purchase, when I needed to come back in for Tony to take care of a couple of things, he went above and beyond even to the point of having Scott (service) ride around in my vehicle with him to determine what the noise was I was hearing...his customer service skills are stellar. My vehicles have been very well taken care of by the guys in the service department (great group of people as well); this is the third Acura I have owned and I continue to get great service. More

Robert Durand was excellent to work with when I purchased my used vehicle from Proctor Acura. He stayed in constant communication with me, while at the same time not being intrusive. When I arrived at the dealership, the car needed the decorative trim replaced. They didn't have the trim in stock, so Myron Steen advised me to get it repaired and send him the bill. I live in another state, so having Proctor take care of this repair at a later date was out of the question. I left the dealership not really believing they would ever reimburse me, so when I received the check in the mail I was ecstatic!! Thank you Robert and Myron for making this purchase so easy for me!
