excellent I live an hour and a half away from Tallahasee. Tony in the Service part always is attentive to my pertinent auto needs. He makes sure there is a car I live an hour and a half away from Tallahasee. Tony in the Service part always is attentive to my pertinent auto needs. He makes sure there is a car available if I need it while they are servicing my car . The whole office is welcoming and super nice. They always make my day a little better . They have ran off maps for me to find a location in Tallahasee even. Ron Plymel called and reminded me about my Air bag recall, and set me up an appointment the next day . Work completed, associate reviewed all aspects of work and overall check points, car was washed and vacuumed and I was out the door in less than an hour. Several associates stopped by and spoke and offered refreshments during my brief wait. Very pleasant experience! More

Great experience I took my car in for some regular maintenance. They wasted no time in getting my car back to the service area. In addition to the maintenance schedu I took my car in for some regular maintenance. They wasted no time in getting my car back to the service area. In addition to the maintenance scheduled, they did a thorough check, and in doing so, discovered that my battery was failing. They put in a new battery which was covered by warranty, and I was extremely grateful they found this. Nothing worse than being stranded with a dead battery.
