I went to a local Honda dealership to have my vehicle serviced, and was given an estimate of $600 of items they claimed needed to be done. When I went to Proctor Acura, they did not find my vehicle was in need of these items. It is great to deal with honest service people. More

My visits are consistently exceptional. I come to this dealership at least every three months for a variety of reasons such as an oil change or tire rotation. Each and every time I come in I I come to this dealership at least every three months for a variety of reasons such as an oil change or tire rotation. Each and every time I come in I truly enjoy my visit. The people in the service department are some of the most hospitable people I know and I wouldn't want to get my car serviced anywhere else. I'm a very frugal person, and I truly feel like I'm receiving excellent service for what I'm paying for. This Acura dealership has always been exceptional and I'm grateful for the kindness shown amongst the employees. More
Disappointed I recently had to get service on my 2012 TSX due to the brakes squealing. The squealing started in January, and I had the back brakes replaced. One I recently had to get service on my 2012 TSX due to the brakes squealing. The squealing started in January, and I had the back brakes replaced. One month later, I noticed that the brakes started squealing again. I could determine if the noise was coming from the front or the back. All I wanted was for the problem to be repaired. Unfortunately, I had to take my car in to the service department 4 TIMES. The 1st 3 times, I was advised that the noise was "normal" because I have open disc brakes. This response was not satisfactory because my brakes were squealing ALL THE TIME (morning, noon, and night, wet or dry). During this fourth visit, 2 servicemen rode with me so that they could hear the noise. This time, the problem was FINALLY fixed. Not only should it not have taken 4 visits for this problem to be resolved, I should have been offered a greater discount off my services. More
