New RDX - Brittany Floyd - Service I bought my RDX from Proctor Honda, but wanted to take my car for the wellness check to Proctor Acura...the staff at both dealerships are amazing! I was beyond pleased with my service and how nice everyone was! I was also in and out of the dealership within 40 minutes...on a Saturday! I am so glad to have bought my car from the Proctor dealerships! More

Always a great service! I went yesterday to take my car to his B1 service and Mr. Tony helped me. He's a great person, always with a positive attitude and a very friendly. Always going out of the way to help I called around 10 AM one day to make an appointment for later in the week and when I mentioned the problem, Tony in service was so concerned he said I called around 10 AM one day to make an appointment for later in the week and when I mentioned the problem, Tony in service was so concerned he said they could take a look at my car that day if I could bring it in before 11:30. Charles made sure I had everything checked that I needed and that I was ready to pick up my car on time. Clarence, the shuttle driver is also a great part of the service team. Everyone is so pleasant and dependable. More
