Excellent...very friendly and informative I brought my car in immediately after receiving an emission warning on my car dashboard. I pulled up and was helped a couple of minutes after arrivin I brought my car in immediately after receiving an emission warning on my car dashboard. I pulled up and was helped a couple of minutes after arriving. My car was taken back to the service center. I waited approximately 20 minutes before Mr. Boykin told me that a "critter had chewed through some wires." He was very friendly and told me that the repair could be quite costly. He took my insurance information in case he needed to contact them for the repair costs. I was given a loaner with no problem and was told he would contact me as soon as he knew the exact issue. He called me around an hour later with good news. The damage was not as extensive as he originally thought. I felt like I received excellent service from Mr. Boykin. I also spoke to a mechanic on my way out that talked to me a little more about the damage. I did not get his name but he was very friendly also. More
