Excellent Service Service requests are handled efficiently and effectively by all members of the staff. I have never had to return my car to remedy any fault int he service. Condition of the vehicle is checked thoroughly, but I have never been or felt pressured to do additional work on my car. I have been dealing with Proctor Acura for 25 years and would not even consider going anywhere else for sales or service. As a plus, light refreshments in a very pleasant environment are offered when patrons wait for service to be completed. On this last visit, I was given a new model year loaner for the day. More
