Tony Bellomio is the best car salesman in the world. My family and I have bought 7 cars from Proctor Acura due mostly to Tony. Charles and Ron in the service department ALWAYS take great care of my car and family and I have bought 7 cars from Proctor Acura due mostly to Tony. My wife and I bought a 2009 MDX from an Orlando Acura Dealer. We did this only because the MDX was available as a dealer demo. It was the right color, it was available, and the price was untouchable. Knowing the Proctor Acura Team like I do (I have purchased 5 vehicles over the years) I felt comfortable bringing in an Acura that I didn't purchase from them for service. The MDX had an issue with the battery (10,000 miles on the MDX) and went to see Ron and Charles. I dropped in, without an appointment, and they told me they could work me in within 90 mins. They made it happen.. replaced the battery and washed the MDX and had it back to me within 90 mins. I was more than satisfied w/ the service and the professionalism that Ron and Charles always show is impressive. I'll continue to do business with this Team for years to come. Thanks guys! More

Had problems with car not starting up on several occassions, unfortunately I loss a day from work and had to tow the car in the dealership. Found out the Fog lights in the car was never attached, causing a short in the system. The service department took care of the problem immediately and happily went on my way. Thank you Proctor Acura! When I called to make my service appointment I was unhappy to hear a loaner car is not offered for oil changes anymore. I think its poor customer service on Acura part to suddenly revoke this service after 5 years. This service was a determining factor for purchasing my Acura. The last 2 times I've brought my car in for service I've asked to have my tires checked due to a vibration. Each time it has been determined the weights have come off the tires and are out of balance. We paid each time to have them rebalanced. I feel the first time should have been on us but the second time should have been on Acura as I have not hit anything or driven my car in any way to make the weights come off my tires. More

Charles Boykin is absolutely the BEST!! I am always impressed with his product and service knowledge. He has been taking care of me for some seven years now and I have never been disappointed. My most recent service experience was the 105,000 mile check on my 2003 MDX. I have been driving to Proctor from Panama City every 15,000 miles, when I could go to a closer Acura dealer. I have been dealing with Proctor Acura for almost 10 years and have purchased two cars from them during that time. All service done on those vehicles has been done by Proctor Acura. I have always been completely satisfied with the service results, the professionalism of the staff, and the ease of doing business with them. Some minor mistakes have been made during some service visits but it has always been corrected very quickly, with no charge, and with profusive apologies that it was not completely right the first time. They are the best dealership I have had the pleasure of doing business with bar none. More
