Staff is very friendly and service was great! When I was there they had a service rep out so they were really busy. Another person from another department stepped in to help. My car was taken in about 30 m there they had a service rep out so they were really busy. Another person from another department stepped in to help. My car was taken in about 30 minutes after my appointment so it took a little longer than I was told. This is the first time I have waiter longer than I was told but I was fine with that. This was my first service for this car and it was great. My appointment was at 1:30 and when I pulled into the dealership, there was a long line and I thought to myself. “Oh no, this will take forever.” My appointment was at 1:30 and when I pulled into the dealership, there was a long line and I thought to myself. “Oh no, this will take forever.” But, they took my car in exactly at 1:30, serviced my car and finished the car exactly at the time they promised. Also had the hand car wash which was great! I only had one question about my car, and they had a products person come over and explain to me what the “issue” was (an update to my system). The service person continued to update me throughout the time that I was there and that was greatly appreciated!!!! More
