I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else for service--though it is a little pricey, it is definitely worth it for the quality of the service. When we bought the car a little over a year ago, we worked with Darryl, who made the experience pleasant rather than an ordeal. I will definitely go back to Proctor for my next car. More

Ron was very courteous. He gave me a loaner for the day. He called when the service was completed to inform me of what had been done. Ron assured me that if I had problems with it in the future just to bring it right back and they would look at it again. The service department lets me know they are always there to serve me. In and out in 20 minutes, I had no appointment, battery was acting up. Service changed the battery, ordered me a new terminal cable, and the car was good to go by the time I finished my complimentary muff was acting up. We appreciate the use of a loaner while our vehicle was being serviced. The service was right on time with the estimate I was given. I took my TSX in for its first oil change since I bought the car. I was very impressed with how friendly everyone was, how quickly they took care of the paperwork, and how convenient the shuttle service was the car. Also, the price was especially good because I had a Web coupon. I really appreciated that because money is tight for everyone now, including Proctor Acura (I imagine). I have to drive to the other side of town to have my oil changed at the dealership, but I'll continue to do it because it was such a pleasant experience. More

Charles was an excellent example of what people expect from customer service. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
